彩色多普勒超声评价2型糖尿病合并高血压后对下肢动脉粥样硬化的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究彩色多普勒超声评价2型糖尿病合并高血压后对下肢动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月该院收治的60例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者设定为研究组,将同期在该院进行体检的健康人60名设定为对照组,所有患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,对患者的下肢动脉粥样硬化情况进行分析。结果对照组管腔内径、内中膜厚度以及血流参数以及管腔狭窄程度均优于研究组,研究组斑块检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,可以在早期检查出患者的下肢动脉是否出现异常情况,了解患者下肢动脉管腔内的具体信息,通过检查结果对患者病情的严重程度作出判断,能对患者进行早期干预,控制患者病情的发展,降低患者发生严重并发症的概率,在临床当中的应用价值比较高。Objective To study the effect of color Doppler ultrasound on the atherosclerosis of the lower extremities after type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension.Methods The 60 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study group,and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examinations in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination to analyze the patient’s lower extremity atherosclerosis.Results The lumen diameter,intima-media thickness,blood flow parameters,and the degree of lumen stenosis in the control group were better than those in the study group.The plaque detection rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension can check whether the patient ’s lower extremity arteries are abnormal at an early stage and understand the specific information in the patient’s lower extremity arteries.Judging the severity of the patient’s condition through the examination results can carry out early intervention for the patient,control the development of the patient’s condition,and reduce the probability of severe complications in the patient.The clinical application value is relatively high.
