摘 要:目的分析胶原蛋白敷料联合负压封闭引流技术在修复糖尿病足(DF)窦道型创面中的应用,观察其优势及临床疗效。方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的DF患者80例,随机分为研究组(n=40)与参照组(n=40)。参照组患者实施常规抗菌敷料修复,研究组患者实施胶原蛋白敷料联合负压封闭引流技术修复,比较两组的治疗指标及血糖指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%明显高于参照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组换药次数(5.13±1.34)次、换药间隔时间(3.14±0.31)d、创面愈合时间(14.71±3.25)d、住院时间(18.56±4.57)d均优于参照组患者的换药次数(9.86±3.24)次、换药间隔时间(2.65±0.45)d、创面愈合时间(19.83±4.14)d、住院时间(24.31±5.17)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组空腹血糖(FBG)(6.57±1.13)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)(9.63±1.73)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)(7.35±0.57)%与参照组FBG(6.43±1.23)mmol/L、2 hPG(9.75±1.89)mmol/L、HbAlc(7.37±0.60)%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在DF患者的临床修复治疗中,对患者实施胶原蛋白敷料联合负压封闭引流技术,具备理想效果。Objective To analyze the application of collagen dressing combined with negative pressure sealing drainage technology in repairing sinus wounds of diabetic foot,and observe its advantages and clinical efficacy.Methods Selected 80 diabetic foot patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and they were randomly divided into study group(n=40) and reference group(n=40).Patients in the reference group were repaired with conventional antibacterial dressings,and patients in the study group were repaired with collagen dressings combined with negative pressure sealing drainage technology.The treatment indexes and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared.Results From the treatment results,the total effective rate of the study group 97.50% was significantly better than that of the reference group87.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of dressing changes(5.13±1.34)times,interval between dressing changes(3.14±0.31)d,wound healing time(14.71±3.25)d,and hospital stay(18.56 ±4.57)d of patients in the study group were better than those in the reference group(9.86 ±3.24)times,dressing change interval(2.65±0.45)d,wound healing time(19.83±4.14)d,hospitalization time(24.31±5.17)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);FBG(6.57±1.13)mmol/L,2 hPG(9.63±1.73)mmol/L,HbAlc(7.35±0.57)% in the study group FBG(6.43±1.23)mmol/L,2 hPG(9.75±1.89)mmol/L,HbAlc(7.37±0.60)% in the reference group.There was no significant difference between groups(P >0.05).Conclusion In the clinical repair and treatment of diabetic foot patients,the application of collagen dressing combined with negative pressure sealing drainage technology has an ideal effect.
