摘  要:目的探究糖化血清蛋白和糖化血红蛋白联合检测在糖尿病诊断中的应用价值。方法在2019年6月—2020年6月间抽选该院收治的50例疑似糖尿病患者作为研究组,同期选择40名在该院行体检的健康者作为对比组,分别检测两组的糖化血清蛋白和糖化血红蛋白水平,并进行对比。比较糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白联合糖化血红蛋白检测疾病的诊断效能(诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值、误诊率、漏诊率)。结果研究组的糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖化血清蛋白联合糖化血红蛋白检测的诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值均高于糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖化血清蛋白联合糖化血红蛋白检测的误诊率、漏诊率低于糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合糖化血清蛋白和糖化血红蛋白检测糖尿病,能提高疾病诊断准确性,应用价值高。Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum protein and hemoglobin in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,50 patients with suspected diabetes admitted to the hospital were selected as the research group,and 40 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the hospital were selected as the comparison group during the same period.The levels of glycosylated serum protein and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups were detected and compared.the diagnostic efficacy of glycosylated serum protein,glycosylated hemoglobin,glycosylated serum protein combined with glycosylated hemoglobin detection of diseases(diagnosis coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value,positive predictive value,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate).Results The levels of glycosylated serum protein and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value,and positive predictive value of glycosylated serum protein combined with glycosylated hemoglobin test were higher than those of glycosylated serum protein and glycosylated hemoglobin single test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of glycosylated serum protein combined with glycosylated hemoglobin detection were lower than that of glycosylated serum protein and glycosylated hemoglobin single detection,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of HBS and hemoglobin can improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and have high application value.
