透析管路结合预见性护理应用于糖尿病肾病MHD患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析透析管路结合预见性护理应用于糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月87例糖尿病肾病MHD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分两组,观察组43例,对照组44例。对照组采用常规透析管路护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予预见性护理。比较两组患者肾功能水平、生活质量、满意度及院内感染发生情况。结果护理后观察组BUN(10.27±3.40)mmol/L、SCr(439.47±13.13)μmol/L及β_(2)MG(1.29±0.42)mg/L水平均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.951、77.019、10.151,P<0.05)。护理后观察组GCQ及NSNS评分分别为(90.27±10.40)分、(77.17±10.12)分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.294、10.374,P<0.05)。观察组院内感染发生率6.98%显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透析管路结合预见性护理应用于糖尿病肾病MHD患者中效果显著,能够改善肾功能水平,提升生活质量和护理满意度,降低院内感染发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of dialysis tubing combined with anticipatory care application in diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,87 patients with diabetic nephropathy and MHD admitted the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,43 cases in the observation group and 44 cases in the control group.The control group was given routine dialysis tube care,and the observation group was given predictive care on the basis of the control group.The level of renal function,quality of life,satisfaction and incidence of nosocomial infections were compared between the two groups.Results BUN(10.27±3.40)mmol/L,SCr(439.47±13.13)μmol/L and β_(2) MG(1.29±0.42)mg/L levels of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=10.951,77.019,10.151,P<0.05).And after nursing,the GCQ and NSNS scores of the observation group were(90.27 ±10.40)points and(77.17 ±10.12)points were higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=6.294,10.374,P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 6.98% significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dialysis tubing combined with predictive care in patients with diabetic nephropathy and MHD has a significant effect.It can improve the level of renal function,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
