丙纶化纤织物应用于户外休闲产业的发展现状及展望

摘　　要：丙纶化纤织物,是以丙烯作为原料,经聚合、熔体纺丝及纺织加工制得的各类长丝及短纤维类化纤。由于丙纶具有生产工艺简单、产品价廉、强度高、相对密度小等优点,应用得以快速拓展,目前已经成为户外休闲产业用高耐候化纤的主要发展方向,并正在向传统服装及各类产业用纺织品领域渗透。文章对丙纶化纤织物在户外休闲产业中的应用进行了回顾与总结,并对其发展作出展望。Polypropylene fiber chemical fabric uses propylene as a raw material,and it is a variety of filament and short fiber chemical fiber made through polymerization,melt spinning and textile processing.Due to the advantages of simple production technology,low product price,high strength and low relative density,its application have been rapidly expanded.It has become the main development direction of high-weather-fastness chemical fiber for outdoor leisure industry,and is infiltrating into the field of traditional clothing and various industrial textiles.This paper reviews and summarizes the application of polypropylene fiber chemical fabric in outdoor leisure industry and prospects its development.
