摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")是一种急性呼吸道传染病,属中医学"疫病"范畴。"温补脾肾,解毒散结"法为王檀教授在《长春中医药大学附属医院新型冠状病毒肺炎防治方案》第5版中,针对"脾肾虚冷,疫毒化火型"新型冠状病毒肺炎患者提出,本法对于重型病例临床疗效良好。The novel coronavirus pneumonia(referred to as COVID-19)is an acute respiratory infectious disease,which belongs to the category of epidemic diseases in Chinese medicine.The method of“warmly tonifying the spleen and kidneys,removing toxicity substances and resolving hard masses”was proposed by Professor Wang Tan in the 5th edition of the COVID-19 Prevention and Treatment Plan of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine for patients with the pattern of deficient cold in spleen and kidneys,epidemic toxicity transforming into fire.This method turns out to have a remarkable clinical efficacy for severe cases and the treatment of a severe case with this method is introduced in this article.
