补肺化积汤治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

摘　　要：目的观察中药支持和补肺化积汤治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法将60例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用艾迪注射液做支持疗法,治疗组在此基础上配合补肺化积汤治疗。治疗3个疗程后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组瘤体的缓解程度、Karnofsky评分等均优于对照组。结论补肺化积汤对正虚毒结型非小细胞肺癌具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of the Chinese medicine support and Bufei Huaji Decoction on the recovery of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of sixty patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group only used the Aidi injection as a supportive therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Bufei Huaji Decoction on that basis.Their clinical effect was observed after 3 courses of treatment.Results The tumor remission and Karnofsky score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion Bufei Huaji Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on non-small cell lung cancer with the pattern of healthy qi deficiency and toxin accumulation.
