摘　　要：目的探讨小儿推拿技术辅助治疗婴幼儿腹泻的有效性和安全性。方法纳入144例婴幼儿腹泻患儿,分为常规治疗组68例和小儿推拿组76例。常规治疗组给予常规补液及抗感染治疗,小儿推拿组在常规治疗组治疗基础上联合小儿推拿辅助治疗。评估2组中医证候分级变化及临床疗效,比较2组家属满意度。结果小儿推拿组中医证候分级量化表分值变化优于常规治疗组(P<0.001),治疗有效率(93.42%,71/76)高于常规治疗组(80.88%,55/68)(P<0.05),小儿推拿组家长满意度优于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。结论小儿推拿辅助治疗能够有效改善婴幼儿腹泻患儿的临床症状,提高治疗有效率。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of the infantile massage technique in assisting the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 144 children with diarrhea were enrolled in the research and divided into 68 cases in the conventional group and 76 cases in the massage group.The conventional group was given the routine rehydration and anti-infection treatment,while the massage group was treated with infantile massage on that basis.The changes of the TCM syndrome classification and clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated,and the satisfaction of family members in the two groups was compared.Results The score changes in the TCM syndrome classification and quantification scale of the massage group were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.001).The curative rate in the massage group(93.42%,71/76)was higher than that in the conventional group(80.88%,55/68)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the massage group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of infantile massage can effectively improve the symptoms of infantile diarrhea and improve its curative rate.
