摘　　要：目的对自拟乳痈散结汤联合中药塌渍治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的疗效进行观察和研究。方法回顾性分析56例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,应用乳痈散结汤联合中药塌渍治疗,分析治疗效果。结果应用乳痈散结汤联合中药塌渍治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎,总有效率为94.64%,未见明显不良反应。患者经治疗后肿块大小(1.24±1.85)cm,疼痛评分(4.35±2.98)分,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗效果明显。结论应用乳痈散结汤联合中药塌渍治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎,效果明显,不良反应低。Objective To observe and study the efficacy of the self-made Ruyong Sanjie Decoction combined with the TCM hydrotherapeutics in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Methods A total of 56 patients of plasma cell mastitis,treated with the Ruyong Sanjie Decoction combined with the TCM hydrotherapeutics,were retrospectively analyzed,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the Ruyong Sanjie Decoction combined with the TCM hydrotherapeutics was 94.64%in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis,and no obvious adverse reactions were seen.After treatment,the tumor size was(1.24±1.85)cm,and the pain score was(4.35±2.98)points,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The Ruyong Sanjie Decoction combined with the TCM hydrotherapeutics is effective in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis,with low adverse reactions.
