冬病夏治敷贴疗法联合清肺定喘汤治疗哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征

摘　　要：目的探讨冬病夏治敷贴疗法联合清肺定喘汤治疗哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征(ACOS)的治疗效果。方法选取ACOS患者128例,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各64例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合冬病夏治敷贴疗法联合清肺定喘汤治疗。对比2组临床疗效、免疫功能、肺功能、炎症因子,主要临床症状、体征评分。结果观察组治疗后的临床总有效率(90.63%,58/64)高于对照组(73.44%,47/64)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组CD8^(+)降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组白介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、湿啰音或哮鸣音评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治敷贴疗法联合清肺定喘汤治疗可有效改善哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者的临床症状,可降低机体炎症因子水平、提高免疫水平,改善肺功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of treating winter diseases in summer with the application therapy combined with the Qingfei Dingchuan Decoction in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome(ACOS).Methods A total of 128 ACOS patients were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 64 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional western medicine,while the observation group was additionally treated with the application therapy combined with the Qingfei Dingchuan Decoction on that basis.The curative effect,immune function,pulmonary function,inflammatory factors,main clinical symptoms and signs scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate(90.63%,58/64)of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(73.44%,47/64)(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and peak expiratory flow(PEF)of the two groups in the first second were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of CD8^(+)in both groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+)in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of wheezing,coughing,sputum,moist rales or wheezing rales in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating winter diseases in summer with the application therapy combined with the Qingfei Dingchuan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ACOS,reduce the level of inflam
