摘　　要：细胞凋亡是机体的一种先天免疫机制,通过清除不必要的或受损的细胞调节细胞内稳态。多数病毒会在感染期间,诱导大量淋巴细胞凋亡,抑制宿主的免疫反应,促进病毒的传播。其中猪圆环病毒2型(Porcine circovirus type 2,PCV2)也在感染中利用各种途径来诱导或抑制细胞凋亡。该文主要论述PCV2相关蛋白如何与宿主蛋白相互作用并参与细胞凋亡的调控,以期为PCV2的发病机制和预防提供科学依据。Apoptosis is an innate immune mechanism that regulates homeostasis by eliminating unnecessary or damaged cells.Most viruses induce massive lymphocyte apoptosis during infection,inhibiting the host's immune response and facilitating viral transmission.Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)is also used in infection to induce or inhibit apoptosis in various ways.This article mainly discusses how PCV2-related proteins interact with host proteins and participate in the regulation of apoptosis,in order to provide scientific basis for the pathogenesis and Prevention of PCV2.
