柴达木绒山羊血清运铁蛋白多态性研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对95只柴达木绒山羊血清运铁蛋白多态性进行调查研究,结果发现,被检山羊有TFAA、TFAB、TFBB 3种基因型,且以TFAA型为优势基因型(65.26%),TFA、TFB的基因频率分别为0.8105、0.1895,基因杂合度为0.3071;同时对柴达木绒山羊TF型与其产绒量之间的关系进行研究,发现TFAB、TFBB型绒山羊的产绒量显著高于TFAA型羊(P<0.05)。The polymorphism of Serum Transferrin in 95 Qaidam Basin cashmere goats was investigated by means of Polyacrylamide Gel electrophoresis(page).The results showed that there were three genotypes,Tfaa,TFAB and TFBB,tFAA genotype was the dominant genotype(65.26%),TFA and TFB gene frequencies were 0.8105,0.1895,and heterozygosity was 0.3071.The relationship between TF genotype and cashmere yield of Qaidam Basin cashmere goats was also studied,the results showed that the cashmere yield of TFAB and TFBB cashmere goats was significantly higher than that of TFAA cashmere goats(P<0.05).
