摘  要:为研究HPLC法测定2种兽药中非法添加氟喹诺酮类药物的方法,采用W a t e r s XB r i d g e C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸溶液(取磷酸3 mL加水至1000 mL,用三乙胺调节pH至3.0,加乙腈53 mL)-乙腈(90︰10),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为283 nm,进样量为10μL,柱温为25℃。结果表明,该色谱条件下,诺氟沙星、盐酸环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星分离度良好,在酒石酸泰乐菌素可溶性粉和氟苯尼考粉中的平均回收率分别为99.83%~100.35%和100.14%~100.66%,相对标准偏差分别为0.3%~0.4%(n=6)和0.2%~0.7%(n=6)。在2种兽药中诺氟沙星、盐酸环丙沙星、恩诺沙星的检测限为20 mg/L,沙拉沙星的检测限为50 mg/L。结论该法简便、快捷,可用于测定酒石酸泰乐菌素可溶性粉和氟苯尼考粉中非法添加诺氟沙星、盐酸环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星。Waters Xbridge C18 column(4.6 mm 250 mm,5μm)was used to determine the illegal addition of fluoroquinolones in two veterinary drugs by HPLC,the mobile phase was phosphoric acid solution(3 mL phosphoric acid was added to 1000 ML water,pH was adjusted to 3.0 by triethylamine,Acetonitrile was added to 53 mL)-acetonitrile(90︰10),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 283 nm,the injection volume was 10 L,the column temperature is 25℃.The results showed that the resolution of Norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,enrofloxacin and Sarafloxacin was good,the average recoveries of Tylosin tartrate soluble powder and florfenicol powder were 99.83%~100.35%and 100.14%~100.66%,respectively.The RSD was 0.3%~0.4%(N=6)and 0.2%~0.7%(N=6).The detection limits of norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and enrofloxacin in the two veterinary drugs were 20 mg/L and 50 mg/L respectively.Conclusion the method is simple,rapid and can be used for the determination of norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,enrofloxacin and sarafloxacin illegally added into tylosin tartrate soluble powder and florfenicol powder.
