摘　　要：蜂王浆生产是养蜂者的主要经济来源之一,作为公认的绿色健康食品,蜂王浆的质量一直受到广泛关注。该文从蜂王浆的药物残留、10-HDA和王浆主蛋白等物质含量的角度,基于蜂群、环境、人为等方面介绍了影响蜂王浆质量的主要因素并提出了相应的意见,旨在为养蜂者科学饲养蜂群、取浆、保存提供理论指导。The sale of royal jelly is one of the main economic sources of bee farmers.As a recognized green and healthy food,the quality of royal jelly has been strictly controlled.In this paper,from the perspective of the material content of royal pulp drug residue,10—HDA and royal jelly master protein,the main factors affecting the quality of royal jelly were introduced based on bee colony,environment and human aspects,and the corresponding feeding suggestions were put forward,in order to provide theoretical guidance for bee farmers to scientifically raise bee colony,extract royal jelly and preserve.
