摘 要:为了探讨黄帚橐吾植株对复配除草剂的生理响应机制,以盆栽黄帚橐吾(Ligularia virgaurea)为研究对象,以复配除草剂"清橐1号"为供试农药进行防除,通过测定黄帚橐吾根系活力、叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶)活性、可溶性糖以及可溶性蛋白等生理指标,分析了施药后黄帚橐吾在时间尺度上的生理特性变化规律。结果表明:随着施药时间的推移,黄帚橐吾根系活力显著降低(P <0.05),叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量与CK相比逐渐降低,而类胡萝卜素含量呈增加趋势,游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量显著增加(P <0.05),抗氧化酶活性均呈先升高后降低趋势,可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,并显著高于CK(P <0.05),可溶性蛋白含量先增加后减少。由此可见,"清橐1号"复配除草剂通过抑制黄帚橐吾的根系生长和光合作用,破坏细胞膜结构、细胞水分平衡以及抗氧化酶防御系统等途径达到防除目的。The potted Ligularia virgaurea is taken as the research object and compound herbicide“Qingtuo No.1”is taken as the test pesticide in this study to explore the physiological response mechanism of Ligularia virgaurea plants to the compound herbicide.The variations of physiological characteristics of Ligularia virgaurea with time are analyzed after pesticide application by measuring root activity,chlorophyll content,free proline,malondialdehyde(MDA),antioxidant enzyme(superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase)activity,soluble sugar and soluble protein.The results show that the root activity of Ligularia virgaurea significantly decreases(P<0.05)with the passage of application time.The content of chlorophyll a and b gradually decreases compared with CK,while that of carotenoids shows an increasing trend.The content of free proline and malondialdehyde increases significantly(P<0.05).The activity of antioxidant enzymes increases at first and then decreases.The content of soluble sugar gradually increases,which is significantly higher than that ofCK(P<0.05).The content of soluble protein increases first and then decreases.It can be concluded that compound herbicide“Qingtuo No.1”can effectively prevent and control Ligularia virgaurea by inhibiting its root growth and photosynthesis and destroying cell membrane structure,cell water balance and antioxidant enzyme defense system.
