摘 要:砷是食品安全限量控制的指标之一,湿法净化磷酸大规模生产的精准控制要求其检测结果准确、及时,目前常用的砷斑法和乙基-硫代氨基甲酸银法测砷均不能满足该要求。介绍了原子荧光法测定湿法净化磷酸低砷浓度的方法,并通过控制试验条件,对比标准样品和大量生产样品的测定结果,证明此方法可快速定量检测到磷酸中的低浓度砷,且测量结果准确、可靠。Arsenic is one of the indicators of food safety limit control.The precise control of large-scale production of wet-process purified phosphoric acid requires accurate and timely test results.The currently commonly used arsenic spot method and silver ethyl-thiocarbamate method used to measure ar-senic cannot meet such requirements.The method of atomic fluorescence method is introduced to determine the low concentration of arsenic in wet purified phosphoric acid.By controlling the test conditions,comparing the measurement results of standard samples and mass-produced samples,it is proved that this method can quickly and quantitatively detect the low concentration of arsenic in phosphoric acid.The results are accurate and reliable.
