摘 要:为研究埋头弹火炮发射过程中管壁传热规律,建立了零维内弹道模型,采用四阶龙格-库塔法进行求解,再分别根据拉格朗日假设和拟合公式求解出内弹道时期和后效期的火药燃气温度。采用马蒙托夫假定和经验公式求解得到内、外壁对流换热系数,并以此为边界条件利用有限差分法求解身管一维传热模型,分析了单发与连发射击状态下火炮身管温度场分布情况。结果表明:埋头弹火炮内弹道时间稍长,膛内温度可达2800 K;单发时热量径向传播约3 mm,连发时身管内壁温度作脉冲变化,外壁温度在第5发后开始升高。计算结果对身管热分析和确保发射过程中的热安全性具有参考意义。In order to study the heat transfer law of a cased telescoped ammunition(CTA)gun barrel during the launching process,a zero-dimensional interior ballistic model was established.The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method was used to calculate the equations.Then in the interior ballistics period,the temperature of gun powder gas was solved according to the Lagrangian hypothesis,and in the after-effect period,it was solved by a fitting formula.The convection heat transfer coefficients on the inner and outer walls were obtained by using the Mamontov assumption and an empirical formula.Using the above as the boundary conditions,the one-dimensional heat transfer model of the barrel was solved by the finite difference method.The temperature-field of the gun barrel in single and continuous firing modes was analyzed.The results show that for a CTA gun,the internal ballistic cycle is slightly longer,and the propellant gas temperature can reach 2800 K.The heat spreads about 3 mm radially in the single shot mode.The temperature of the inner wall displays pulsating changes in the continuous firing mode,and the temperature of the outer wall begins to increase after the fifth shot.The calculation results can provide reference for the thermal analysis of the barrel and insure thermal safety during the launch process.
