摘 要:电磁轨道炮的连发技术需要给其供电的脉冲功率源连续快速充放电。而这一过程的实现,需要对脉冲功率源中的高压电容器进行快速、可重复的充电操作,因此,充电电源的设计成为脉冲功率源系统设计过程中的重要一环,也是电磁轨道炮设计的一个组成部分。基于级联式模块化多电平变换器这一电路拓扑,设计了一种模块化的高电压电容器的充电电源,将其充电过程划分成了恒流充电和恒功率充电两个阶段;并在此基础上进行了用于电压保持的浮充部分电路设计和基于能量平衡的MMC半桥子模块间动态均压部分的控制设计。基于设计结果,通过仿真计算得到了充电过程的电压和电流波形,并验证了模块化电路结构的动态均压特性。The continuous firing technology of the electromagnetic railgun requires continuous and rapid charging and discharging of the pulsed power source supplying power to it.The realization of this process requires fast and repeatable charging of the high-voltage capacitor in the pulse power source.Therefore,the design of the charging power source becomes an important part of the pulse power source system design process,which is also an integral part of the electromagnetic railgun design.Based on the circuit topology of the cascaded modular multilevel converter,a modular high-voltage capacitor charging power supply is designed,with the charging process divided into two stages:constant current charging and constant power charging.Based on this,the circuit design of the floating charging section for voltage maintenance and the control design of the dynamic voltage equalization section between MMC half-bridge sub-modules based on energy balance are carried out.Based on the design results,the voltage and current waveforms of the charging process are obtained by the simulations,and the dynamic voltage equalization characteristics of the modular circuit structure are verified.
