摘  要:根据气体炮的工作原理和特点,结合实际应用分析了气体炮理论的可行性和实用技术,建立其内弹道数学模型,推导实用的气体炮内弹道方程,经过理论计算,得到气体炮膛内压力、弹丸速度、弹丸位移的变化规律。在理论计算的基础上,研制了气体炮的原理样机,并设计了两种不同形状的弹丸,分别进行了不同压力下的发射实验,获得了射击精度更高的弹丸形状,测得了弹丸的膛口初速。理论计算结果与实验结果有较好的一致性,验证了理论模型的正确性。研究结果可为进一步开展气体炮相关研究提供理论指导。According to the working principle and characteristics of the gas gun,the feasibility and practical technology of the gas gun theory are analyzed,a mathematical model of the internal ballistics of the gas gun is established,and practical internal ballistic equations are deduced.On the basis of theoretical calculation,a proof-of-principle prototype of the gas gun is developed,and two kinds of projectile with different shapes are designed.The firing experiments are carried out under different pressures,and the shape of the projectile with higher shooting accuracy is obtained.The muzzle velocity of the projectile is measured.The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical model.The results can provide theo-retical guidance for further research on gas guns.
