摘 要:从作战需求、使用寿命、使用情况、装备费效比及市场需求等方面简要阐述了防空高炮武器系统升级改造的意义、方向和方法,通过采用新技术、新成果对现役防空高炮武器系统进行适应性和针对性的升级改造,可适应更多样化的作战需求、弥补装备不足、延长装备使用寿命、降低体系建设费用、满足市场需求;从信息化作战、搜索与跟踪能力、火力打击能力、伪装隐身能力、电磁兼容能力、“六性”和“三化”等多个方面提出了改造方向和思路,并简要论述了升级改造的具体实施步骤,可为防空高炮武器系统升级改造工作提供参考和借鉴。The significance,directions and methods of upgrading the anti-aircraft gun weapon system were briefly described in terms of operational requirements,service life,usage,cost-effectiveness ration of equipment and market demand.By using new technologies and achievements to upgrade the active anti-aircraft gun weapon system,which can flexibly adapts to the multiple operational requirements,compensates for the lack of equipment,extends the service life of equipment,reduces the expenses of system construction and meets the demand of markets.Implementation steps of the upgrading and transformation were proposed from the prespective of information warfare,search and tracking capabilities,fire strike capability,camouflage stealth capability,electromagnetic compatibility capability,with specific implementation procedures for upgrading and transformaiton elaborated on,which can provide references for the upgrading and transformation of anti-aircraft gun weapon system.
