摘 要:目的研究3D打印技术辅助成人先天性髋臼发育不良髋关节置换术治疗的应用效果。方法选择该院在2019年1月—2021年6月收治的40例髋关节发育不良患者作为该次研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分成对照组和观察组,各20例。通过常规的置换手术治疗的患者为对照组,通过3D打印技术辅助髋关节置换术治疗的患者为观察组,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、Harris评分、术前术后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%(19/20),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%(18/20),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05);观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量分别为(98.16±5.46)min、(536.49±33.49)mL,对照组患者的手术时间、术中出血量分别为(115.46±12.32)min、(624.79±35.82)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=5.741、8.053,P<0.05);观察组患者的下床活动时间、Harris评分分别为(2.04±0.15)d、(94.51±2.46)分,对照组患者的下床活动时间、Harris评分分别为(2.09±0.18)d、(94.46±2.34)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.954、0.066,P>0.05);术前,两组患者的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.061,P>0.05);术后,观察组患者的VAS评分为(1.62±0.43)分,对照组患者的VAS评分为(2.79±0.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.411,P<0.05)。结论成人先天性髋臼发育不良患者通过3D打印技术辅助髋关节置换术进行治疗,可以得到良好的治疗效果,减少手术时间及术中出血量,术后康复速度较快,值得推广。Objective To study the application effect of 3D printing technology in the treatment of adult congenital acetabular dysplasia with hip replacement.Methods Selected 40 patients with hip dysplasia admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 as the subjects of this study,and according to diffecent treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.20 cases in each group.Patients treated with conventional replacement surgery were the control group,and patients treated with 3D printing technology assisted hip replacement were the observation group.The total effective rate of treatment of the two groups of patients was compared,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,time to get out of bed,Harris score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after surgery.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%(19/20),and that of control group was 90.0%(18/20),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).The operative time and intraoperative blood loss of observation group were(98.16±5.46)min and(536.49±33.49)mL,respectively,the operative time and intraoperative blood loss in control group were(115.46±12.32)min and(624.79±35.82)mL,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.741,8.053,P<0.05).In the observation group,the ambulation time and Harris score were(2.04±0.15)d and(94.51±2.46)points,respectively.In the control group,the ambulation time and Harris score were(2.09±0.18)d and(94.46±2.34)points,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.954,0.066,P>0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(t=0.061,P>0.05);after surgery,VAS score of the observation group was(1.62±0.43)points,while VAS score of the control group was(2.79±0.56)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.411,P<0.05).Conclusion Adult patients with congenital acetabular dysplasia can be treated with 3D printing technology assisted hip replacement surg
