自体疣埋植联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗寻常疣的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究自体疣埋植联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗寻常疣的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年5月在黑龙江省医院南岗院区皮肤科收治的100例疣体数目多于5个的寻常疣患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各50例,实验组和对照组均采用自体疣埋植治疗,实验组同时服用槐杞黄颗粒。治疗结束后比较两组治愈率、皮损开始消退时间及皮损完全消退时间。结果:实验组治愈率为85.10%,显著高于对照组的67.34%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.153,P<0.05)。皮损开始消退时间和皮损完全消退时间比较,实验组均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.430、-2.116,P<0.05)。结论:自体疣埋植联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗效果优于单独应用自体疣埋植治疗,并且疣体开始消退时间更早,还可以缩短疣体完全消退时间。自体疣埋植联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗寻常疣疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of autoimplantation combined with Huaiqihuang particles on verruca vulgaris.Methods:From January 2020 to May 2021,100 patients with verruca vulgaris with more than 5 warts in the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group and the control group were treated with autoimplantation,and the experimental group took Huaiqihuang particles at the same time.At the end of treatment,the cure rate,the onset time and the complete time of the lesions were compared between the two groups.Results:The cure rate of experimental group(85.10%) was significantly higher than that of control group(67.34%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05).The time of skin lesion beginning to fade and the time of skin lesion complete fading were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistically significant difference(Z=-2.430,P<0.05,Z=-2.116,P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of autoimplantation combined with Huaiqihuang particles is better than that of autoimplantation alone,and the wart began to fade earlier,but also can reduce the total time of the wart fade.The effect of autoimplantation combined with Huaiqihuang particles in the treatment of verruca vulgaris is remarkable,without obvious adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing.
