血液涂片细胞形态学联合全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析血液涂片细胞形态学联合全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年8月间固始县中医院接受血常规检验的116例患者,均行血液涂片细胞形态学检查和全自动血细胞分析仪检查,对比单独检查和联合检查血细胞阳性检出率和血常规具体指标阳性检出率。结果:血液涂片细胞形态学、全自动血细胞分析仪联合检查红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞阳性检出率90.52%、84.48%、87.07%,高于血液涂片细胞形态学单独检查70.69%、56.90%、66.38%和全自动血细胞分析仪单独检查71.55%、57.76%、67.24%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.756,25.572,16.342,P<0.05)血液涂片细胞形态学、全自动血细胞分析仪联合检查嗜碱性细胞、嗜酸性细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞阳性检出率88.79%、89.66%、91.38%、90.52%、84.48%,高于血液涂片细胞形态学单独检查69.83%、70.69%、66.38%、68.97%、68.97%和全自动血细胞分析仪单独检查72.41%、68.97%、63.79%、70.69%、68.10%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.862,16.976,27.855,18.633,10.208,P<0.05)。结论:血液涂片细胞形态学联合全自动血细胞分析仪应用于血常规检查中,可提高各项指标的阳性检出率,为临床提供有效信息支持,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the application value of blood smear cell morphology combined with automatic blood cell analyzer in blood routine test.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2020,116 patients with blood routine test in the hospital were selected.They were performed blood smear cell morphology examination and automatic blood cell analyzer examination.The positive detection rate of blood cells and specific indicators of blood routine were compared between single examination and combined examination.Results:The positive detection rate of red blood cells,hemoglobin,and white blood cells by blood smear cell morphology combined with automatic blood cell analyzer was 90.52%,84.48%,87.07%,which was higher than 70.69%,56.90%,66.38%and 71.55% and 57.76 %,67.24% of the independent examination of blood smear cell morphology,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=16.756,25.572,16.342,P<0.05).The positive detection rate of basophils,eosinophils,lymphocytes,neutrophils,and monocytes in blood smear cell morphology combined with automatic blood cell analyzer were 88.79%,89.66%,91.38%,90.52%,84.48%,which were higher than 69.83%,70.69%,66.38%,68.97%,68.97% of blood smear cell morphology examination alone and 72.41%,68.97%,63.79%,70.69%,68.10% of the independent examination of blood smear cell morphology,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=13.862,16.976,27.855,18.633,10.208,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of blood smear cell morphology combined with automatic blood cell analyzer in blood routine examination can improve the positive detection rate of various indicators,and provide effective information support for clinical practice,which is worthy of promotion and application.
