摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径用于无痛肠镜下高频电凝电切治疗结肠息肉的临床护理效果,为临床护师选择合理护理方案提供参考。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月康平县人民医院收治的90例结肠息肉患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组(每组45例),均实施无痛肠镜下高频电凝电切治疗,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者采用临床护理路径,比较分析两组患者的护理满意度、护理前后健康知识得分以及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理满意度及健康知识得分较对照组高,并发症发生率较对照组低,P<0.05。结论对接受无痛肠镜下高频电凝电切治疗的结肠息肉患者实施临床护理路径效果较好,患者满意度较高,并发症发生率较低。Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of colonic polyps with high frequency electrocoagulation under painless colonoscopy,so as to provide reference for clinical nurses to choose reasonable nursing regimen.Methods:A total of 90 patients with colonic polyps admitted to Kangping People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups-the observation group and the control group(45 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group adopted the clinical nursing pathway.The nursing satisfaction,health knowledge scores before and after nursing and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction and health knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with colon polyps treated by painless colonoscopy with high frequency electrocoagulation is better,the patients'satisfaction is higher,and the incidence of complications is lower.
