摘  要:某小型液压挖掘机出现水温过高报警问题,进行热平衡试验并发现热平衡折算方法折算结果偏差大,不能对散热能力进行准确的预估。针对该问题,运用热交换原理,结合实际试验方法分析得出环境温度是影响热平衡试验结果的关键因子。通过对某小型挖掘机在不同环境温度下进行热平衡试验,得到了热平衡温度补偿模型,并验证该温度补偿模型的正确性;相比原折算方法,热平衡试验结果偏差由4.5℃降低为0.7℃,提高试验一致性;同时基于该温度补偿模型,从根本上解决了某小型挖掘机水温过高的问题。A small hydraulic excavator has the problem of high water temperature alarm. The heat balance test is carried out,and it is found that the conversion result of the heat balance conversion method has a large deviation,which can not accurately predict the heat dissipation capacity. In view of this problem,using the theory of heat exchange principle and combined with the actual test method,it is concluded that the ambient temperature is the key factor affecting the heat balance test results. Through the thermal balance test of a small excavator under different ambient temperatures,the thermal balance temperature compensation model is obtained,and the correctness of the temperature compensation model is verified;Compared with the original conversion method,the deviation of heat balance test results is reduced from 4.5 ℃ to 0.7 ℃,and the test consistency is improved;At the same time,based on the temperature compensation model,the problem of high water temperature of a small excavator is fundamentally solved.
