摘  要:对动力涡轮转子这种柔性细长轴超临界转子进行动平衡时,需要知道知道转子运行的模态信息以及动平衡影响系数。基于ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了动力涡轮转子-挤压油膜阻尼器的动力学模型,提出了一种考虑阻尼器偏心率和转速变化的变刚度阻尼系数不平衡谐响应计算方法。通过计算发现:由于挤压油膜阻尼器的非线性特性,会导致转子系统的临界转速随着不平衡量的增加而明显增加。同时,这也导致了同一位置、同一转速下,动平衡影响系数也会随着不平衡量的变化而变化。在进行这类转子动平衡时,需高度重视这2种现象。It is necessary to know the modal information of the rotor operation and the dynamic balance influence coefficient when dynamically balancing a supercritical rotor with a flexible slender shaft such as a power turbine rotor. Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software,a dynamic model of the power turbine rotor-squeeze film damper was established in this papar. We proposed a calculation method for unbalanced harmonic response of variable stiffness damping coefficient considering the eccentricity and speed of the damper. This reasearch shows that the critical speed of the rotor system will increase significantly with the increase of the imbalance because of the non-linear characteristics of the squeeze film damper. At the same time,this also causes the dynamic balance influence coefficient to change with the change of the imbalance under the same position and the same speed. These two phenomena should be paid attention to when performing dynamic balancing of such rotors.
