摘　　要：为了提高干熄焦配套焦罐的使用寿命,降低施工成本及优化施工工艺等,探研耐火浇注料预制块在焦罐应用的可行性,经过近3年陆续改造设计并投入生产使用,其罐内内衬质量良好,未出现预制块脱落现象。此改造方案提高了焦罐的使用寿命,减少下线检修次数。同时也减少施工成本,解决焦罐烘烤问题、冬季不易施工及局部修复困难等问题。In order to increase the service life of coke tanks for coke dry quenching,reduce construction costs and optimize construction techniques,the feasibility of using precast refractory castable blocks in coke tanks has been explored. After nearly 3 years,it has been transformed,designed and put into production.,The inner lining of the tank is of good quality,and the prefabricated block does not fall off. This transformation plan increases the service life of the coke tank and reduces the number of off-line inspections. At the same time,it also reduces the construction cost,solves the problems of coke can baking,difficult construction in winter,and difficulty in partial repair.
