摘 要:目前,我国机动车安全技术检验智能报检上线系统在具体的使用中经常出现性能低、出错率高、效率低下等问题,严重影响了机动车安全技术检验效果。为了解决这一问题,现设计一款功能完善、通用性强的机动车安全技术检验智能报检上线系统。首先,提出具有可行性的系统设计总体方案。其次,通过综合利用二维码识别技术、牌照识别技术,完成对系统关键技术以及信息交互功能的设计。最后,采用仿真分析的方式,验证系统的有效性和可靠性。结果表明:机动车安全技术检验智能报检上线系统运行正常、可靠、稳定,各个功能模块实现满足设计相关要求,符合实际应用需求。The intelligent inspection system of vehicle safety technology inspection in China often has problems such as low performance,high error rate and low efficiency in the specific use,which seriously affects the effect of vehicle safety technology inspection. In order to solve this problem,a new intelligent system for vehicle safety technology inspection is designed,which has perfect function and strong universality. First,the paper proposes a feasible overall scheme of system design. Secondly,through the comprehensive use of two-dimensional code recognition technology,license plate recognition technology,the key technology of the system and the design of information interaction function are completed. Finally,the simulation analysis is used to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the system. The results show that the intelligent inspection system of vehicle safety technology inspection works normally,reliably and stably,and the realization of each functional module meets the relevant design requirements and meets the practical application requirements.
