摘  要:利用传统的制造技术无法生产出表面粗糙度、间隙倾角均满足目标要求的船用鼓形齿式联轴器机械。为制造出符合目标需求的机械零件,在原有船用鼓形齿式联轴器机械的加工技术的基础上进行了相关改进和完善。分两步来对船用鼓形齿式轮联轴器机械的内部构造进行了分析探讨:首先得到了齿面的最小间隙分布,其次得到了最大轴间倾角。基于上述成果,进一步得到了最优切削参量和联轴器加工面的参量,并结合机械粗磨工艺,实现了完善后的加工技术的生产利用。通过设计对照实验得出:采用完善后的船用鼓形齿式联轴器加工技术,可以使机械表面粗糙度与机械间隙角得到有效地降低。Using the traditional manufacturing technology,it is impossible to produce the marine drum tooth coupling machinery whose surface roughness and clearance inclination angle can meet the target requirements. In order to produce mechanical parts that meet the target requirements,we have made relevant improvements and improvements on the basis of the original processing technology of marine drum-tooth coupling machinery. The internal structure of marine drum gear coupling is analyzed and discussed in two steps:firstly,the minimum clearance distribution of tooth surface is obtained,and then the maximum inclination angle between shafts is obtained. Based on the above results,the optimal cutting parameters and the parameters of the machining surface of the coupling are further obtained,and combined with the mechanical rough grinding process,the production and utilization of the improved machining technology is realized. Through the design and control experiment,it is concluded that the mechanical surface roughness and mechanical clearance angle can be effectively reduced by using the perfect machining technology of marine drum tooth coupling.
