摘  要:为了进一步优化耦合电感型高增益Boost变换器性能,提升电压增益,将2组倍压单元与耦合电感原边和副边结合,提出了一种耦合电感双倍压单元高增益Boost变换器。耦合电感原边与二极管-电容组成的倍压单元消除了漏感影响,抑制了电压尖峰;耦合电感副边组成桥式倍压单元,副边电流双向交替,2个电容分别储能后一起放电,提高了电压增益,缓解了二极管反向恢复的问题。主要从变换器的工作原理及稳态性能两方面进行了分析,并通过实验平台制作了一台100 W的模型进行验证,理论与实验结果相一致。To further optimize the performance of a high-gain Boost converter with a coupled-inductor and increase its voltage gain,a high-gain Boost converter with a coupled-inductor and two voltage multiplier units is proposed in this paper by combining two groups of voltage multiplier units with the primary and secondary sides of the coupled-inductor.The combined voltage multiplier unit consists of the primary side of the coupled-inductor and a diode-capacitor,which eliminates the effect of leakage inductance and suppresses the voltage spike.The bridge voltage multiplier unit consists of the secondary side of the coupled-inductor,where current is alternating in two directions.The two capacitors discharge together after storing energy separately,thus increasing the voltage gain and alleviating the problem of diode reverse recovery.The operating principle and steady-state performance of the novel converter are analyzed in detail.Finally,a 100 W model was built on the experimental platform,and experimental results were in agreement with the theoretical analysis.
