摘 要:目前等离子体激励电源通常以工频交流电作为供电输入,体积较大,与便携式等离子体发生装置不匹配,限制了等离子体技术的应用与推广。以此为研究背景,设计并研究了便携式介质阻挡放电电源。该电源重量为200 g,尺寸为102 mm×57 mm×30 mm,电源主电路采用ZVS双管自激电路。通过电路仿真软件辅助设计主电路,并进行了实验测试。结果表明,当电源输入电压为3~12 V时输出电压可达2~5 kV,输出频率可在20~30 kHz范围内变化,最大输出功率为60 W,功率重量比为300 W/kg,高于目前商品化高频高压等离子体电源。采用设计的电源能够成功激发沿面型介质阻挡放电SDBD(surface dielectric barrier discharge)等离子体发生器和悬浮电极介质阻挡放电FE-DBD(floating electrode dielectric barrier discharge)柔性等离子体发生器产生冷等离子体,经过实验研究,其相关特性满足大气压开放条件下空气介质阻挡放电工作电压2~20 kV、工作频率50 Hz~1 MHz的要求,为介质阻挡放电电源的便携性提供了良好的技术支撑。At present,the plasma excitation power supply usually uses power frequency alternating current as its power supply input,and its large size does not match the portable plasma generator,which limits the application and promotion of the plasma technology.Under this research background,the design and research of a portable dielectric barrier discharge power supply was carried out,which had a weight of 200 g and a size of 102 mm×57 mm×30 mm.Its main circuit adopted a zero voltage switch(ZVS)dual-tube self-excited circuit,and the corresponding design was assisted by a circuit simulation software and further experimentally tested.Results show that when the input voltage of the power supply was 3~12 V,the output voltage can reach 2~5 kV,with an output frequency range of 20~30 kHz,a maximum output power of 60 W,and a power weight ratio of 300 W/kg,which were higher than those of the existing commercial high-frequency high-voltage plasma power supply.The designed power supply can successfully excite a surface dielectric barrier discharge(SDBD)plasma generator and a floating electrode dielectric barrier discharge(FE-DBD)flexible plasma generator to produce cold plasma,and the related characteristics were experimentally studied,indicating that the novel design can meet the requirements of an air dielectric barrier discharge working voltage range of 2~20 kV and a working frequency range of 50 Hz~1 MHz under atmospheric pressure open conditions,and provide satisfying technical support for the portability of dielectric barrier discharge power supplies.
