摘　　要：前交叉韧带断裂多由剧烈运动、交通事故等因素导致。关节镜下全内技术重建通过使用可伸缩的逆行钻头独立地钻取骨隧道,将由四股半腱肌腱折叠制作的移植物拉入骨隧道后,在胫骨侧和股骨侧两端均使用Tightrope袢钢板进行悬吊固定。本文从全内技术的发展、重建特点、临床疗效、不足之处等方面进行综述。Anterior cruciate ligament injuries are mostly caused by factors such as strenuous exercise and traffic accidents.Arthroscopic all-inside technique reconstruction uses a retractable retrograde drill to drill a bone tunnel independently,and pulls a graft made of four semitendinosus tendons into the bone tunnel,then at the tibial and femoral sides Tightrope loop steel plates were used for suspension and fixation.This article reviews the development of total internal technology,surgical characteristics,clinical efficacy,and shortcomings.
