摘 要:海拔对物种多样性的影响是生态学领域研究的热点。通过对天山云杉(Picea schrenkiana Fisch. et Mey.)林地上植被进行调查,计算地上植被α多样性指数,分析物种多样性与海拔梯度间的相关性,为天山云杉林地上植被沿海拔梯度分布提供依据。分析得出,海拔1 750~2 150 m,共鉴别出64种植物,隶属32科;地上植被的物种数与密度随着海拔梯度的增加而逐渐减小。物种多样性指数与海拔梯度之间呈U型分布。海拔1 750~1 950 m,植物群落的相似系数在0.25~0.50间,属中等不相似性;其它海拔梯度间群落相似性系数0.00~0.25,属极不相似性。The influence of altitude on species diversity is a hot topic in the field of ecology. By investigating the vegetation of Picea schrenkiana Fisch. et Mey forest(Picea schrenkiana Fisch. et Mey.),the alpha diversity index of the above-ground vegetation was calculated,and the correlation between the species diversity of the plant community and the altitude gradient was analyzed,with the view to provide basis for relevant analysis of species diversity. The analysis showed that between 1,750 m and 2,150 m above sea level,a total of 64 species of plants were identified,and they belonged to 32 families;the average number of species and the average density of above-ground vegetation gradually decreased with the increase of the altitude gradient. There was a "U"-shaped distribution between the diversity index and the altitude. Between 1,750 m and 1,950 m above the sea level,the similarity coefficient of plant communities was between 0.25 and 0.50,which was a medium dissimilarity;the community similarity coefficients among other altitude gradients were between 0.00 and 0.25,which was extremely different.
