摘 要:采用化学分析、偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪等手段对白云鄂博东矿霓石型矿石开展了化学成分、矿物组成、矿物嵌布关系、铌元素分布规律和矿物粒度研究。研究结果表明,矿石中含铌矿物主要是黄绿石、铌铁矿、铌铁金红石、易解石、褐钇铌矿和包头矿;铌元素在矿物中分布率分别为黄绿石46.89%、铌铁金红石11.46%、褐钇铌矿5.89%、易解石4.57%、铌铁矿3.91%和包头矿2.35%;铌矿物嵌布粒度细;铌矿物与稀土矿物、铁矿物、霓石和闪石等脉石矿物嵌布关系密切。矿物粒度细、矿物种类多、矿物之间嵌布关系复杂是后期分选难题。By means of chemical analysis,polarizing microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,the chemical composition,mineral composition,mineral distribution relationship,niobium element distribution and mineral size of aegirine ore in Bayan Obo East Mine were studied.The results show that the main niobium minerals in the ore are pyrochlore,niobite,ilmenorutile,aeschynite,fergusonite and baotite;The distribution rate of niobium in minerals is pyrochlore 46.89%,ilmenorutile 11.46%,ergusonite 5.89%,aeschynite 4.57%,niobite 3.91%and baotite 2.35%;Niobium mineral dissemination particle size is fine;Niobium minerals are closely related to rare earth minerals,iron minerals,aegirine and amphibole gangue minerals.Fine mineral granularity,many kinds of minerals and complex distribution relationship among minerals are the difficult problems in later separation.
