摘 要:针对云南某含铟硫化铅锌矿高铁的特点,开展了选冶联合技术攻关。通过优化浮选工艺及药剂制度,锌精选使用富集比更高浮选柱代替浮选机,使用起泡性更清脆的MIBC代替松醇油;在湿法提铟过程中,氧化锌低酸浸出液直接萃取工艺基础上,增加了低酸浸出液锌粉置换,置换沉铟渣浸出、置换后液空气氧化等新工艺,使冶炼厂稀有金属铟的处理能力从30 t/a提高到50 t/a以上,金属铟的总回收率由原来的48.75%大幅度提高到65.12%,取得了较好的经济效益。In view of the characteristics of high-speed rail of a lead-zinc sulfide ore containing indium in Yunnan, the joint technical research of beneficiation and metallurgy was carried out.By optimizing that flotation process and reagent system, the flotation column with high enrichment ratio is used to replace the flotation machine in zinc cleaning, and MIBC with more crisp foaming property is used to replace the terpineol oil.In that process of hydrometallurgical indium extraction, on the basis of the direct extraction process of zinc oxide low-acid leaching solution, new processes such as zinc powder replacement of low-acid leach solution, replacement of indium slag leaching and air oxidation of replaced solution are added, so that the processing capacity of rare metal indium in the smelter is increased from 30 t/a to more than 50 t/a, The total recovery of metal indium is greatly increased from 48.75% to 65.12%,and better economic benefit is obtained.
