摘 要:辛基羟肟酸(OHA)对很多氧化矿的浮选来说都是一种非常有效的捕收剂,重点研究了OHA、OHA与亚油酸钠复配对铌铁矿浮选的效果及作用机理。OHA作为捕收剂的最佳浮选试验条件为:铌铁矿磨矿粒度-38μm,捕收剂浓度0.2 mmol/L,pH=9;OHA与亚油酸钠复配时最佳浮选试验条件为:OHA与亚油酸钠复配比例为1∶0.25,粒度-45+38μm、捕收剂浓度为0.5 mmol/L,pH=9,铌铁矿回收率达到76%,较单一捕收剂OHA的回收率提高了35个百分点。采用Zeta电位、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了OHA以及OHA和亚油酸钠的复配药剂对铌铁矿物的作用机理。Octyl hydroxamic acid(OHA) is a very effective collector for the flotation of many oxide ores.The effect and mechanism of OHA,and OHA combined with sodium linoleate on the flotation of niobite were studied.The optimum flotation conditions with OHA as collector are as follows: niobite grinding-38 μm, collector concentration 0.2 mmol/L,pH=9.The optimum flotation conditions are as follows: the ratio of OHA and sodium linoleate is 1∶0.25,the particle size is-45+38 μm, the concentration of collector is 0.5 mmol/L,pH=9,and the recovery of niobite is 76%,which is 35 percentage points higher than that of single collector OHA.Zeta potential, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were used to study the action mechanism of OHA and its combination with sodium linoleate on ferroniobium minerals.
