摘 要:对某高含碳酸钙钨多金属矿的铜钼铋浮选尾矿进行白钨矿回收试验研究。该浮选尾矿WO_(3)含量为0.43%,碳酸钙含量为44.62%,是白钨矿-方解石型难选白钨矿。研究了以氢氧化钠作矿浆pH调整剂配合抑制剂水玻璃和捕收剂731的常温浮选工艺回收白钨矿,并对白钨粗精矿进行了加温精选—酸浸的试验研究,以提高钨精矿品位。最终确定采用常温浮选—钨粗精矿加温精选—钨精矿酸浸工艺流程,常温浮选闭路试验获得含WO_(3)4.89%、WO_(3)回收率为84.66%的白钨粗精矿,白钨粗精矿经加温精选—钨精矿酸浸获得含WO_(3)63.25%、回收率78.84%的合格白钨精矿。实现了该高含碳酸钙钨多金属矿的铜钼铋浮选尾矿中白钨矿的高效回收。Experimental study on scheelite recovery from copper,molybdenum and bismuth flotation tailings of a tungsten polymetallic ore with high content of calcium carbonate was carried out.The flotation tailings contain 0.43%WO_(3) and 44.62%CaCO_(3),and belong to scheelite-calcite type refractory scheelite.The recovery of scheelite by using sodium hydroxide as pulp pH regulator,sodium silicate as depressant and 731 as collector at room temperature was studied,and the scheelite rougher concentrate was cleaned by heating and then leached by acid to improve the grade of scheelite concentrate.The process of flotation at room temperature-tungsten rougher concentrate cleaning at high temperature-tungsten concentrate acid leaching was adopted.The scheelite rougher concentrate with WO_(3) content of 34.89%and WO_(3) recovery of 84.66%was obtained by closed circuit flotation test at room temperature.The qualified scheelite concentrate with WO_(3) content of 63.25%and WO_(3) recovery of 78.84%was obtained by cleaning at high temperature and acid leaching of tungsten concentrate.The high-efficiency recovery of the scheelite in the copper-molybdenum-bismuth flotation tailings of the high-calcium carbonate tungsten polymetallic ore has been realized.
