摘　　要：为了给城市滨水空间步行环境满意度的提升提供切实有效的策略支持,本文借助Kano模型分析,识别影响城市滨水空间步行环境满意度各功能性要素的需求类别,以明晰各要素作用于满意度的内在机理及其在满意度提升时的优先满足序列;并运用IPA法对各要素的感知重要度和现状满意度进行矩阵分析,基于各要素的现状表现进行基本的策略判定。最后,整合Kano-IPA的分析结果,提出区别性的和区分轻重缓急的改善和保持策略,以期在城市滨水空间步行环境的更新中更有效地集中优势力量提升满意度,促进城市滨水空间的功能发挥。In order to provide practical and effective strategic support for improving the satisfaction of the pedestrian environment in urban waterfront space,with the help of Kano model analysis,the authors identify the demand categories that affect the satisfaction of each functional element of the urban waterfront space pedestrian environment,so as to clarify the internal mechanism of each element’s effect on satisfaction and the priority satisfaction sequence when satisfaction is improved;and use the IPA method to make a matrix analysis of the perceived importance and status quo satisfaction of each element,then make basic strategic judgments on the current performance of each element.Finally,the authors integrate the analysis results of KanoIPA,and propose a prioritized improvement and maintenance strategy,hoping to more effectively concentrate superior forces in the renewal of the urban waterfront space pedestrian environment to improve satisfaction,and further promote the function of the urban waterfront space.
