摘　　要：目的通过知识图谱的分析,了解国内外慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的研究热点,分析可能的研究趋势。方法以搜集中国知网(CNKI)和PubMed上公开发表的COPD文献为基础数据,运用CiteSpace工具,生成关键词共现图谱、关键词聚类图、TimeLine视图、Timezone视图等。对两个文献数据库生成的图谱进行分析,得出国内外研究的热点和不同之处。结果通过对两个数据库文献的知识图谱分析,可以看到呼吸衰竭、急性加重、生活质量等均是国内外文献研究的热点,在COPD用药、COPD与合并症、运动对COPD的影响等方面。结论Citespace的文献研究提示,和国外文献相比,国内COPD的文献数量偏少,未来国内可在这些方面加大研究力度。Objective Through the analysis of the knowledge map,to understand the research hotspot of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at home and abroad,and analyze possible research trends.Methods By collecting the documents of COPD published on CNKI and PubMed as basic data,using CiteSpace tools,generate keyword co-occurrence maps,keyword clustering maps,TimeLine views,and Timezone views.Analyze the maps generated by the two literature databases,and get the hotspot and differences in domestic and foreign research.Results Through the analysis of the knowledge map of the two database documents,it can be seen that respiratory failure,exacerbation,and quality of life are the hotspot of domestic and foreign literature research,and also in aspects of COPD medication,COPD and comorbidities,and the impact of exercise on COPD.Conclusions Citespace literature research suggests that compared with foreign literatures,the number of literatures on COPD in China is relatively small,and more research efforts can be made in these aspects in China in the future.
