摘　　要：高等教育中研究生的培养质量事关国家科技实力和科技发展。培养研究生真正培养的是其综合素质。当下研究生在综合素质方面存在研究方向不确定、自我管理能力差、不善交流与合作等问题。可以通过工程实际调研和努力培养兴趣来增强对科研方向的热情和自信、管理好工作状态以及克服拖延来提高工作效率、多交流请教与主动奉献来提高交流与合作能力,通过这些方法能够提升研究生的综合素质。The training quality of postgraduates in higher education is related to the national scientific and technological strength and development.At present,there are problems such as uncertain research direction,poor self-management ability,and poor ability of communication and cooperation.Therefore,the comprehensive quality of graduate students can be improved through the following methods:to enhance their enthusiasm and confidence in scientific research through engineering practical investigation and interest cultivation;to improve the work efficiency through overcoming procrastination and managing work status;to improve communication and cooperation ability through more communication,consultation,and active contribution.
