寿胎丸治疗肾虚型先兆流产患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究寿胎丸治疗肾虚型先兆流产患者的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月本院收治的86例肾虚型先兆流产患者作为研究对象,按照单盲随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组予以黄体酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合寿胎丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血清P和β-HCG、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(69.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组腰膝酸软、下腹疼痛、阴道出血症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清P、β-HCG均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论寿胎丸可有效改善肾虚型先兆流产患者临床症状,提高孕酮、HCG水平,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Shoutai pill in the treatment of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency.Methods 86 patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the single blind random sampling method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the observation group was treated with Shoutai pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,serum P andβ-HCG and adverse reactions between two group were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(69.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of waist and knee weakness,lower abdominal pain,and vaginal bleeding symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum P andβ-HCG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Shoutai pill can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency,improve the levels of progesterone and HCG,and have less adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
