自制三升袋冰垫模拟亚低温治疗在新生儿窒息中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究自制三升袋冰垫模拟亚低温治疗在新生儿窒息中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月本院新生儿科收治的窒息患儿88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规综合治疗干预,观察组在对照组基础上使用自制三升袋冰垫模拟亚低温治疗,比较两组临床疗效、神经行为评分(NBNA)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NBNA评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SOD水平高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上给予窒息新生儿自制三升袋冰垫模拟亚低温治疗,能增强治疗效果,改善新生儿神经功能评分,减轻新生儿机体损伤,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of self-made three-liter bag ice pad to simulate sub-hypothermia in neonatal asphyxia.Methods 88 children with asphyxia admitted to the neonatology department of our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group used conventional comprehensive treatment intervention,and the observation group used self-made three-liter bag ice pad to simulate mild hypothermia treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,neurobehavioral score(NBNA),serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NBNA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SOD level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the MDA level was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the self-made three-liter bag ice pad for asphyxia newborns can be given to simulate hypothermia treatment,which can enhance the treatment effect,improve the neonatal neurological function score,and reduce the neonatal body injury,it is worthy of clinical application.
