摘 要:针对凝汽器水室异常壁厚减薄问题,通过采用检测冷却水、水室内壁白色附着物和牺牲阳极块表面附着物化学成分的方法,分析壁厚减薄的主要原因并提出对应的防腐蚀建议。结果表明:凝汽器水室异常减薄的原因主要是由于冷却水冲蚀导致,而且壁厚减薄程度与液流冲击强度有关。通过设置防冲板、进行水室结构优化或者估算剩余寿命的方法,可以改善凝汽器水室的壁厚减薄问题。In view of the abnormal wall thickness thinning of condenser water chamber,the chemical composition analysis are conducted on the cooling water,white attachments on the inner wall of water chamber and attachments on the surface of sacrificial anode block,the main reason for the wall thickness thinning are concluded,and the corresponding anti-corrosion suggestions are also put forward to improve the corrosion resistance properties.The results show that the abnormal thinning of condenser water chamber is mainly due to the cooling water erosion,and the degree of thickness reduction is related to the flow impact strength.In addition,the method of install impingement plate,structure optimization of water chamber and residual life estimation are employed to avoid the abnormal thickness thinning of condenser.
