摘  要:为解决贺西煤矿近距煤层开采巷道围岩稳定控制技术难题,以3412工作面材料巷为工程背景,分析锚杆支护系统控制巷道围岩能力减弱的原因。剖析发现圆形锚杆托板存在板面厚度薄、接触面积小、承载力低、抗变形能力弱等设计缺陷,不适合与高强度锚杆配套使用。研制出方形锚杆托板,板面厚度增加2 mm,接触面积扩大2倍,承载力提高2.36倍,协调变形量增加1.59倍,适合与不同等级锚杆兼容使用。优化了3412材料巷锚杆支护技术,现场应用取得良好效果。In order to solve the technical problem of surrounding rock stability control of roadway in Hexi coal mine near seam mining,taking the material roadway of 3412 working face as the engineering background,the reasons for the weakening of the ability of the bolt support system to control the surrounding rock of the roadway are analyzed.The analysis found that the round anchor support plate has design defects such as thin plate thickness,small contact area,low bearing capacity,and weak anti-deformation ability,and it is not suitable for using with high-strength anchors.The square bolt support plate is developed,the thickness of the plate surface is increased by 2 mm,the contact area is increased by 2 times,the bearing capacity is increased by 2.36 times,the coordinated deformation is increased by 1.59 times,and it is compatible with different grades of anchor rods.By optimizing the bolt support technology of 3412 material roadway,good results in field application are achieved.
