摘  要:国外某铁矿主要铁矿物为赤铁矿和褐铁矿,有害杂质硫、磷含量较低。为了高效开发利用该铁矿资源,进行了不同选别工艺流程的试验研究,最终采用磨矿—弱磁—强磁—螺旋溜槽工艺流程进行选别,获得了产率50.30%、铁品位65.37%、铁回收率56.88%的铁精矿。选别过程中螺旋溜槽利用离心力与重力的相互作用机理,将螺旋溜槽与强磁选机组合应用,充分发挥了选矿设备的优势,实现了赤褐铁矿的有效回收,为类似赤褐铁矿的综合利用提供了新的技术途径。The main iron minerals of a foreign iron ore are hematite and limonite,with low levels of harmful impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus.In order to develop and utilize this iron ore resource,the beneficiation experiment of different sorting processes was carried out,and finally the grinding-low intensity magnetic-high intensity magnetic-spiral chute process was adopted for sorting,and an iron concentrate with yield of 50.30%,iron grade of 65.37%and iron recovery of 56.88%was obtained.In the process of separation,the spiral chute utilizes the interaction mechanism of centrifugal force and gravity to combine the spiral chute with the high intensity magnetic separation unit,giving full play to the advantages of beneficiation equipment,realizing the effective recovery of hematiteand limonite,and providing a new technical approach for the comprehensive utilization of similar hematiteand limonite.
