摘  要:铜矿山排土场封场覆盖前会产生大量的酸性污水,早期建设的污水库普遍考虑坝面或垂直防渗,易造成污水渗漏等环境污染事件。为合理确定铜矿山污水库的防渗工艺,以符合国家现行环保要求,通过分析江西某大型铜矿山排土场酸性污水的水质检测结果,判断铜矿山排土场产生的污水不属于危险废物,但pH和铜等重金属浓度均超出相关标准。在目前尚无铜矿山污水库防渗标准的情况下,参照《有色金属工业环境保护工程设计规范》等3项标准规范分析探讨铜矿山污水库的防渗工艺技术要求,结合工程实践给出具体的防渗工艺设计建议。根据污水库所在地的场地基础层渗透系数,推荐采用以2.0 mm厚HDPE膜为主防渗层的单层人工材料衬层或复合人工材料衬层的2种水平防渗结构层。A large amount of acidic sewage will be generated before the copper mine waste dump is closed and covered.In the early construction of sewage reservoirs,the dam surface or vertical anti-seepage is generally considered,which is likely to cause environmental pollution incidents such as sewage leakage.In order to reasonably determine the anti-seepage technology of copper mine dump and meet the current environmental protection requirements of the country,through the analysis of the water quality test results of acidic sewage in a large copper mine dump in Jiangxi Province,it is judged that the sewage produced by copper mine dump is not hazardous waste,but the pH and copper and other heavy metal concentrations exceed the relevant standards.In the absence of seepage control standards for copper mine sewage reservoirs at present,the seepage control technology requirements of copper mine sewage reservoirs are analyzed and discussed according to the three standards and specifications of"Code for Design of Environmental Protection Engineering for Nonferrous Metal Industry",and specific seepage control technology design suggestions are given in combination with engineering practice.According to the permeability coefficient of the foundation layer of the site where the sewage reservoir is located,it is recommended to use two horizontal anti-seepage structural layers of single-layer artificial material lining or composite artificial material lining with 2.0 mm thick HDPE film as the main anti-seepage layer.
