摘 要:目的分析在组织学与胚胎学教学中应用构建案例教学法以及思维导图教学模式价值。方法选择该校2020级护理专业926名学生为研究样本,其研究时间均在2020年10月—2021年1月之间。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(460名)以及研究组(466名),予以常规组学生传统教学模式;予以研究组学生构建案例教学以及思维导图教学模式。对比每组学生考试优异率、总满意度以及教学前后批判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)得分。结果研究组与常规组学生考试优异率依次是60.09%、40.87%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与常规组学生总满意度依次是92.49%、78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后研究组学生在认知熟度、求知欲、自信心、系统能力、分析能力、开放思维、寻找真理以及总分方面得分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在组织学与胚胎学教学中应用构建案例教学法以及思维导图教学模式,有利于学生掌握教学内容,培养其批判性思维能力,提升其对教学质量的满意度,发挥一定应用效果。Objective To analyze the value of constructing case teaching method and mind mapping teaching mode in histology and embryology teaching.Methods A total of 926 nursing students in the school's grade of 2020 were selected as the research sample,and the research time was from October 2020 to January 2021.The random number ranking method was adopted to divide them into the conventional group(460 cases)to study group(466 cases).The students in the conventional group were given the traditional teaching mode,and the students in the study group were given a case teaching and mind map teaching mode.Compared each group of students'test excellence rate,total satisfaction,and critical thinking ability scale(CTDI-CV)scores before and after teaching.Results The test excellence rate of the study group and the conventional group was 60.09%and 40.87%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of students in the study group and the conventional group was 92.49%and 78.26%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,students in the study group scored higher than the conventional group in terms of cognitive proficiency,thirst for knowledge,self-confidence,systematic ability,analytical ability,open thinking,finding truth,and total score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of constructing case teaching method and mind map teaching mode in histology and embryology teaching will help students master the teaching content,cultivate their critical thinking ability,improve their satisfaction with the quality of teaching,and exert certain application effects.
