摘  要:利用半导体光放大器(SOA)的交叉相位调制效应(XPM),首先设计实现了一种全光逻辑OR门,进而利用所设计的全光OR门的级联,设计出了一种全光8-3线编码器。利用OptiSystem光子模拟软件,验证了所设计的全光逻辑OR门的逻辑运算功能和全光8-3线编码器的编码功能,OR运算结果的Q值可达33.94,全光8-3线编码器输出结果的Q值可达39.87。设计的全光8-3线编码器,不需要使用滤波器,所用元器件较少,实现成本低廉,在未来全光信息处理方面具有良好的应用前景。The all-optical information processing technology is the key technology in optical communication system.The all-optical 8-3 line encoder is the key device in all-optical signal processing.The all-optical 8-3 line encoder could be realized based on the cascade of OR gates.Using the cross phase modulation effect(XPM)based on semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA),an all-optical OR gate was firstly designed and implemented,and then the all-optical 8-3 line encoder was designed.The feasibility of the designed all-optical OR gate and all-optical 8-3 line encoder was verified by using the OptiSystem photon simulation software.The all-optical 8-3 line encoder could be realized without the filter,so the design cost could be reduced,showing good application prospects in the future all-optical information processing.
