摘 要:提出利用DOE对激光进行调制,产生可控干涉条纹用于体全息光栅记录。并提出基于Gerchberg-Saxton(GS)算法的优化算法,改善了输出光场。仿真结果表明:优化后的DOE产生的条纹均匀性由80.15%提升至88.06%,条纹对比度由28.42提升至68.95,误差函数由8.26%降至5.24%。基于液晶空间光调制器进行了实验验证,实验结果表明文中算法得到的条纹对比度和条纹均匀性较GS算法得到了改善。提出的DOE优化设计方法增加了DOE在体全息光栅记录研究领域的实际应用性。Diffractive optical elements(DOEs)are used to directly modulate a laser beam to produce controllable interference fringe for the recording of a volume holographic grating. An optimization algorithm based on Gerchberg-Saxton(GS)algorithm was proposed to improve the output light field.The simulation results showed that the fringe uniformity produced by the optimized DOE increased from 80.15% to 88.06%,the fringe contrast increased from 28.42 to 68.95,and the error function reduced from 8.26% to 5.24%. The experimental results based on liquid crystal spatial light modulator showed that the fringe contrast and fringe uniformity obtained by this algorithm were improved com-pared with GS algorithm.The proposed optimization design method could help increase the practicality of using an DOE to record volume holographic grating.
