摘  要:为了节约成本、提高材料的利用率、提高产品的质量及生产效率,无飞边模锻工艺的应用越来越广泛,但不免遇到模具承受载荷过大、寿命低的问题。以某直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,采用DEFORM-3D软件对其模锻成形过程进行数值模拟,并针对成形力大、模具寿命低的问题,在原工艺基础上提出了采用浮动凹模及孔分流法两种改进工艺,分别分析了锻件的成形规律及模具载荷变化情况。结果表明:改进后的工艺有利于降低模具载荷、提高模具的使用寿命;采用浮动凹模工艺,模具载荷可以降低10%;采用孔分流工艺,模具载荷可以降低25%。In order to save costs, improve the utilization rate of materials, and improve the quality and production efficiency of products, the application of non-flanging die forging process is more and more widely used, but it is inevitable to encounter the problems of excessive load and low mold life. Therefore, for a spur gear, its die forging process was simulated by software DEFORM-3 D. Aiming at the problems of large forming force and low mold life, on the basis of the original process, two improved processes, namely floating die and hole split method, were proposed, and the forming laws of forgings and the changes of mold load were analyzed respectively. The results show that the improved process is beneficial to reduce the mold load and prolong the service life of mold, and by adopting the floating die and hole split processes, the mold load is reduced by 10% and 25%, respectively.
